Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy covers the processing of personal data on the VPN72 marketing website and user panel. VPN72 handles data only as needed to provide subscription services, complete transactions and protect account security. Data processing by third-party payment pages and other external services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. The registration process does not collect email addresses. Account identifiers, password verification data, subscription status and traffic usage are used for login, subscription delivery and checking plan entitlements. Do not submit a password used for another account to this service.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment method, transaction identifier and processing status. They are used to verify payments, handle refunds and resolve billing disputes. Text and attachments submitted through support tickets are used only to respond to the relevant request. Before submitting, remove any unrelated information, passwords and complete subscription links.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPN72 does not record which websites users visit, store browsing histories, browsing content or DNS query histories, or create records that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Account-level traffic usage is used for billing and verifying entitlements, not as a list of websites visited.
This service does not persistently store user connection logs, including source addresses linked to accounts, destination addresses or detailed connection start and end times. Temporary session state needed to maintain a connection is processed only while the connection is active and released afterward. Troubleshooting relies on server operating status and aggregated error information, not on retaining users' browsing activity.
Usage Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources and button usage, improve content and identify pages with issues. Analytics do not include browsing activity on international routes and should not contain passwords, authentication credentials or complete subscription addresses.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary session state and save language preferences and interface settings. The user panel stores authentication credentials locally so that subsequent requests can verify your identity. You can clear this storage by logging out and using your browser settings. After clearing it, you may need to log in again, and saved preferences will be reset. Log out after using a shared device.
Payment Processing and Data Disclosure
Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment services or transaction networks. VPN72 updates orders based on transaction results and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords or wallet private keys. Third parties may process transaction data under their own policies; records on public transaction networks are also outside VPN72's control.
Relevant data is shared only when necessary to complete payments, operate infrastructure or respond to lawful requests. VPN72 does not sell personal data or use account information to build cross-site marketing profiles. Review the data practices described on external pages before proceeding.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund and dispute records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and applicable legal obligations. Support ticket data is retained until the issue and any necessary review are resolved. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for its stated purpose; it is not kept indefinitely without a reason.
Log in to the user panel and submit a request through support tickets to access, correct or delete account data, specifying the scope of your request. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Data related to unresolved orders, disputes or legal retention requirements may not be deletable yet; we will explain the reason when responding. Deleting an account may affect subscription access, and browser storage must be cleared separately.
Policy Updates and Questions
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the updated month shown above will change. Significant changes to data use or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. If a new use requires separate consent, the relevant information and confirmation will be provided first.
If you have questions about data processing or the outcome of a request, you can follow up through a user panel support ticket. Subscription entitlements, usage requirements and refund rules are covered in the Terms of Service; this page does not replace the transaction rules.
